Application Opens for 9th Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Programme

Tony Elumelu Foundation is a succor to entrepreneurship funding in Africa. Since its first flagship, the organization set to empower African entrepreneurs. The Tony Elumelu’s $100Million Entrepreneurship Programme, launched in 2015 to empower 10,000 entrepreneurs over 10years. The programme has empowered over 9,000 entrepreneurs in 54 African countries. Prospective applicants should apply on TEF connect digital hub, according to statement issued by Tony Elumelu Foundation 2021, TEF programme application  opens on January 1 2021.

The foundation has been impactful in raising new set of African entrepreneurs by business training, mentorship and having access to non refundable seed capital of $5000. According to Chief Executive officer of Tony Elumelu Foundation, Ifeanyi Ugochukwu, “The Tony Elumelu Foundation now more than ever is demonstrating our commitment to unleashing the potentials of African entrepreneurs, the key to Africa’s long term economic transformation. He also affirmed, “The pandemic has created challenges across the continent, but we know that with Tony Elumelu Foundation’s tried and tested programme, we can execute the largest Covid-19 economic recovery plan for African SME and break the cycle of poverty in Africa.”
